(She was short with with piercings) And my milk shake was just milk. Not thick at all. It sloshed and moved around in the cup. Not even a chance to melt yet still liquid.

Aún así decido ir porque es el más cerca que me queda. Entramos y no nos dijeron hola, buenas noches, en breve les atiendo horrible. (en otras ocasiones si lo hacen) Así también llegó otra pareja y se fue porque no decía nada ósea no nos dio la cara en ningún momento. Que pena que tengan este tipo de jóvenes atendiendo si no les gusta su trabajo que renuncie pero nosotros no tenemos culpa.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
