  So this is a gas station Papa Johns, and that's pretty much the root cause of my issues. Placed an order online, with request to receive text message. 15 minutes go by, no text. The website says "processing your order" I call the shop to confirm if they've gotten it. Gal puts me on hold for few minutes (she's also running the only counter in the gas shop). Find out my pizza will be ready in five minutes. Great. Would have been nice to know the eta when I placed the order. That being said, the gal was nice and polite and I do understand that she is pulled in multiple directions with that job. There's probably some button that needs to be pushed when they start an order to trigger the website to tell the customer their order has started and provide the ETA. The food was perfectly normal for a papa johns. Just wanted to give folks and idea what they might expect.

  Ordered a pizza at noon. Kept an eye on the "track your order" feature on the confirmation email. "Track your order" was never updated so I believed our order had not even been made. Then at 2pm I get a call asking why we haven't picked up our pizza yet. I told the person on the phone that we had not been notified that our order was completed. He said "you should know when you place an order that it's done in 25 to 30 minutes." I informed him that this was our first time ordering from them and I did not have any way of knowing that. They refused to refund our money or make a new pizza. Avoid this place and it's crooked owners at all costs.
