  I was ordering a quesadilla to go when a manager just started yelling at an employee, "I make the schedule not you.You do not get to choose when you want to work, I'm the manager I choose that." Whoever the manager that was working lunch on May 17th 2026 needs to be fired. That is text book toxic leadership. Employees sometimes need certain days off because of school or family occasions, etc and don't do that in front of customers. Take that to the back.

  Half of my order was wrong and the forgot to give us our drinks and dipping sauces. That's fine accidents happen but when we went to get them staff was cold and dismissive and thats when they finally came to the front counter after ignoring us. I had to wait in a small line of people just to tell them mine was wrong as everyone else also had issues woth their order.

  Extremely snotty cashier. My card was put in my food bag. Burrito was much smaller than a the taco bell I usually go too. I will NEVER go back to this location.

  We came to get food and we showed up to the speaker and they refused to serve us due to our music. We turned down our music with in 10 seconds of being in the drive thru and they still refused. We later went in to the restaurant and they proceeded to be rude. They later then followed us outside causing more problems.

  I’ll be honest this was one of the worst Taco Bell experiences I’ve had. The staff came across as very unprofessional with pants sagging where I can see there underwear, constantly joking around, and not paying attention to their responsibilities while there was clearly work to be done. The restaurant itself was also in poor condition trash on the ground and overall not clean. Employees had earbuds in and were loudly talking over each other, which made the environment feel chaotic and obnoxious. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this visit stood out for all the wrong reasons. I wouldn’t come back to this location.
