  The owner should sell this place to someone that knows what they are doing they rarely have donuts and they are rarely fresh! Measure this place for a Mexican restaurant it will happen soon (Every restaurant that fails in Iowa is turned into a Mexican restaurant and that is soon all we will have). This place is rarely open the hours posted and this is because of laziness

  The store is open until 10pm. I walked in at 9:38pm and they had already shut everything down and cleaned the place. I know I was cutting it close to closing time but they obviously started cleaning much earlier. Its not the end of the world but live in a city without a Krispy Kreme and was excited to bring a box home for my family.

  I went here before school to buy donuts for my class. I walked up and the lobby was closed so I had to go through the drive-thru. I wish I had caught the name of the gal working because she was amazing! She was the only one working (others had called in sick, I believe), and therefore was only taking order through the drive-thru. Although she was doing multiple people's jobs, she held it together on her own. She was very kind, helpful, and positive when she could have easily been on edge considering the situation. Great experience!

  This was my first experience at a Krispy Kreme in Iowa. To be honest, I went here because it was close to work and it opened at 6am. The lobby wasn't open to the public so I went thru the drive thru. Its been many years since I've visited a Krispy Kreme, we're talking back in the late 80's. I went to the Jordan Creek location and purchased glazed donuts and strawberry icing donuts for work staff. I ate a glazed donut and it was not visually appealing nor did it taste fresh. There didn't appear to be glaze on it although it tasted sweet enough like there was glaze on it maybe just not enough or it seeped into the donut. The strawberry icing donuts at least looked appetizing although I cant say how those tasted. There are so many other options available for purchasing donuts, donuts that look good and taste good so I will not be visiting Krispy Kreme again. My rating is solely based on the donut itself.

  If I could give zero stars I would. Went for a latte and a doughnut and nobody would actually take the order at the speaker. Had to drive around and make sure that it was actually open and enter in the drive-through line again. Finally was able to order a doughnut and a latte. Nobody seemed to understand what sweet and low was or any of those substitutes. Received hot milk with some coffee like floater. And a stale donut. Clearly, this franchisees doesn’t give a crap about service or making this place good at all. We’ll never return.
