- KKKamaka2 days ago5.0Honestly, whoever made my sandwich ate down. This sandwich was so good. I mobile ordered this and it was one of the best sandwich’s I’ve had from Jimmy John’s ever. Praise these employees for knowing how to make a sandwich this good.
- RBRavneet BallaganJun 6, 20261.0I’m really disappointed I was looking forward to having my toasted sandwich and I had placed my mobile order at 8:05 and I got there around 8:20 pm and they said they turned their toaster off because they were going to close at 9. I mean it was nice of them to offer me another sandwich but 8:05 and 8:30 is still not too close to 9pm. I feel like there have been a lot of issues with my past orders too. It’s just really frustrating.
- HHHarrisonJun 6, 20261.0No day olds - only option is overpriced mediocre sandwiches if you don't sell day olds
- ABAmy BurchettDec 16, 20221.0Thank you for the refund after waiting over an hour for my delivery. We live right up the street from the store and got an alert the order was out for delivery, after 30 minutes still no order. Won't order from here again.
