  I ordered my sandwich at 12:04 pm. Went "out for delivery" at 12:41 and took another 30+ minutes to get to my house. I live 5 minutes from the store. I have problems with this location everytime I order from them. I called and the first person told me I was the first delivery and should have been there way before it was delivered. The manager gets on and gives me the standard multiple deliveries and so on. I get it, its lunch time and they are busy. Over an hour for a sandwich? That is a bit much. But the thing that irritated me the most was there was not any apology for the time or anything, just "we were busy" nothing else. I don't like leaving bad reviews but this is consistent behavior from this location and would caution anyone trying to plan for delivery in between meetings not to use this location. Have never had a freaky fast delivery or one within 30 - 45 minutes from this store and management doesn't seem to care very much.

  Best jimmy John’s I’ve been to, always in and out in a few seconds. The food is always on point too

  This location needs to hire more drivers. Every time we order it takes an hour or more to be delivered. It seems like they have one person delivering every order during the lunch hour. Not exactly freaky fast

  Ordered from this store many times over the years. Always online order for pickup. I work about 5 minutes away and the food is almost always ready and waiting, or being worked on when I walk in. Never had any problems, staff always friendly.

  Foods always fresh teams always super nice and best delivery Driver in the city. it does take a while bit it's usually because they have 1 driver basically so I order with that in mind knowing that freaky fast may not be in the cards but I understand how hard it is to find good help.
