Walker LoerwaldAug 8, 20261.0I wouldn’t spend my money if this business at this location if you held a loaded gun to my head, I called there at 10:35 trying to place it to go order and I literally without me saying a word got hung up on 27 times in 30 minutes. Rude disrespectful unprofessional, and ain’t got no use for Jimmy John’s.
- EDElizabeth DaintyJun 17, 20261.0I ordered my sandwich at 12:04 pm. Went "out for delivery" at 12:41 and took another 30+ minutes to get to my house. I live 5 minutes from the store. I have problems with this location everytime I order from them. I called and the first person told me I was the first delivery and should have been there way before it was delivered. The manager gets on and gives me the standard multiple deliveries and so on. I get it, its lunch time and they are busy. Over an hour for a sandwich? That is a bit much. But the thing that irritated me the most was there was not any apology for the time or anything, just "we were busy" nothing else. I don't like leaving bad reviews but this is consistent behavior from this location and would caution anyone trying to plan for delivery in between meetings not to use this location. Have never had a freaky fast delivery or one within 30 - 45 minutes from this store and management doesn't seem to care very much.
