We got a deep dish pizza and while the wait for the pizza itself takes a while, they do offer you to order ahead (which I have still yet to try). The service on the other hand is something I have an issue with. The young lady with dreads only came to our table a total of 6 times (2 actual check-ins) throughout the entire 1 1/2hr stay, (it did take roughly 20-30 min waiting on the pizza alone). The young lady never actually looked at our table other than to do the actual check-in. Which made it very difficult to request any kind of service, particularly refills which we needed about 20 min in. Our first opportunity to request said refills was after the pizza arrived. Which as mentioned and rightfully so, takes a while (the pizzas are fresh, made to order, and as mentioned well worth the wait) All in all the Giordano's comes highly recommended, unfortunately we were unlucky with our service this time around.

Didn’t bring the children’s food until we asked about our own. They could have brought that sooner so we didn’t have restless children on our hands. Had to ask where to go box from four different people. It finally came after around 15 minutes. Very disappointed and will never return.

And was just as good as the first. Also, thanks for the training opportunity with Onyx as he is learning manners in public places. For the adolescent husky training for service work, this was a huge and very important experience for both of us. (Different points of leash contact)
