  Our server, Haze was very sweet and patient as we decided on our drinks. Our order was delivered straight away and was exactly as ordered. Haze checked in with us multiple times but not too often, to make sure we were happy with our order or to check if we needed anything more. Great service, great food, great meal!!

  Absolutely fantastic experience! The deep dish pizza was delicious—perfectly cheesy, loaded with flavor, and cooked just right. You can tell they take pride in the quality of their food. Our server, Haze, was also outstanding. Friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. The service really made the experience even better. Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great deep dish pizza! 🍕

  Nice restaurant, have been here several times and it's always a good experience. Had the lunch special personal deep dish pizza (cheese) with a side Caesar salad and iced tea. Service was prompt (shout out to Rajana👍) and the food was delicious. The dining area has a nice vibe to it, some energy but still quiet enough for a relaxing meal. Already looking forward to my next visit here.

  Came here for my birthday dinner last night and it was a disaster from the start. We get seated at a table and no waitress for well over 10 minutes. Three tables were seated after us and two of which were helped before us. We find the manager and ask to be seated in a different section. She does, gets our drinks and takes our order. She offered us an appetizer on the house. I’m thinking it will get better from here. It doesn’t. Appetizer comes out and after that no one checks on us again until we get our pizzas. One of our pizzas was made wrong. The guy who brought it to us said it would take 9 minutes to make a new one. We said that’s fine. After 15 minutes and still no pizza, we decide to get the check and leave. After the initial bad start, I would think the manager would ensure we’re being checked on and getting our order right. We had at ask for drink refills. This was our first time here and although the one pizza we got was good, I don’t think we’d come back based off poor service.

  Update: Management reached out and said that they weren’t aware of the issue and that it will be addressed. I appreciate the quick response. Everything else was great besides the waitress and service so I have raised my review from 2 stars to 4 stars. Service was terrible! We were seated quickly with a reservation and the waitress quickly took our order. Our appetizers were out within 5-10 minutes but we didn’t get our drinks (soft drinks) for 20 minutes and received them only after flagging down the waitress. It was busy but not that busy. The waitress didn’t even acknowledge the oversight and walked past our table multiple times without checking in on us. We also sat with empty glasses for another 15 minutes and didn’t get a refill until we flagged the waitress down again. The food was great but it’s hard to get down a very thick pizza and apps without a drink. The food is good but not worth going back with service as poor as what we received.
