  Great grocery store for healthy food with normal prices. Also, one of very few places you can still buy Alfalfa Sprouts

  ★☆☆☆☆ Very disappointed with my experience at Fresh Thyme. I am a regular customer and have made several trips to buy a particular bread, only to find it unavailable. During this visit, I witnessed approximately 20–30 loaves being purchased by a business. The manager acknowledged that the purchase was for a business. This was frustrating because I have been told there are limits when I want to purchase just a few. When the manager approached me and asked if I needed help, I explained my concerns about product availability and what appeared to be different purchasing limits. An employee then asked how many loaves I wanted. I requested five. She told me to call ahead next time and said that without calling, she would only give me four, even if I requested five. I agreed. When she returned with five loaves, I reached out to take them. Instead of handing them to me, she tossed them down without saying a word. I found her behavior rude and dismissive. This happened directly in front of the manager, who offered an apology only after I commented twice about the customer service. My concern is how purchasing limits are applied and how regular customers are treated when asking about them. Fresh Thyme should clearly explain its ordering policy, plan for demand, and address customer concerns respectfully. I left feeling unwelcome and unappreciated as a regular customer.

  Weird that yall are using AI flyers for you sushi like it’s not hard to take a picture. Also yall are supposed to be an organic store. Nothing organic about AI.

  Love this little market. I got cancer a few years ago, so I prefer organic meats, fruit and produce but they also have some amazing snacks. The Almond pudding and Honey Mama's are a must try. Everything in the market is so clean and people are so friendly. Today, our cashier Joanne told us about their online app to help save more money. Great customer service. If you want to stay healthy, give this place a try.
