There was no line, the restaurant wasn’t busy, and employees walked past me multiple times without saying a word. I eventually had to get someone’s attention myself just to get my order. Absolutely unacceptable. I wont be coming back

They welcomed me in with smiles and greeted me as if it was the middle of the day. They didn’t seem at all annoyed that it was so late and I was able to have a great conversation with the general manager. It was clear that Customer Service is a priority at the store and I was especially Impressed given the late time Everything was hot, fresh and delicious and it was a great experience overall. I definitely wanted to take the time to give a review considering I went in 11 minutes before the store was closing and they could’ve very well turned me away or been frustrated but instead, they gave great customer service. It was a pleasure and the GM appears to be excited about building the brand and making it a great experience for everyone. Bravo!

- MHMorgan HansonSep 1, 20263.0I’ve never had an issue with the food at this location but I only do order pickup and every time it is painfully slow. Tonight I timed it - 6 minutes from the time my food was ready before finally bagging up my order. It just sat there while they worked on other orders. To me it would make sense once one order is ready to bag it and complete the order. After finally placing my order in the bag, instead of calling out my name, they kept it behind the counter so I had to ask for it. It would be really helpful if they placed the orders on the front counter when complete so it’s easy to grab and go. It wasn’t busy tonight but when it is busy and you can’t get their attention, I’ve had to wait for a very long time to get my food from behind the counter even though it was ready but there wasn’t a worker who could stop what they were doing to get my bag. Food is always good, it just seems like there may be a way to improve the assembly line and pick up process for to go orders.
