Terrible service, food seems stale, and the drive thru in the mornings are completely dark with zero lighting. It’s a shame really. Who thought getting donuts could be such a disappointing experience.

We asked for Bavarian Crème and Butternut Crunch and the worker literally said “We stopped carrying our most popular flavors” ….what??? Why!? The donuts we had are poorly frosted and look so sad. Can call too if needed to explain my situation better. One store location here in Des Moines I accidentally placed an order to the wrong location and instead they said there nothing they could do about it. I placed another order to the location I was at and accidentally double it. The worker was out of the product needed for my drink so I asked if i was able to cancel it because I only like lemonade for the refresher. They told me to cancel on the app in which did not work. Both locations said to call in morning to speak to a manager In which Iv called multiple times and one employee even told me she doesn’t know when her manager will be in when I asked when a manager will be in to speak with. I love Dunkin but after that situation and out over $30 I’m not sure i’ll be going anymore. Please let me know if there’s anything you can do. I even asked for a gift card because I go to Dunkin often and they told me no as well. Thank you!
