We asked for Bavarian Crème and Butternut Crunch and the worker literally said “We stopped carrying our most popular flavors” ….what??? Why!? The donuts we had are poorly frosted and look so sad. This is terrible for a donut chain I grew up loving.

Can call too if needed to explain my situation better. One store location here in Des Moines I accidentally placed an order to the wrong location and instead they said there nothing they could do about it. I placed another order to the location I was at and accidentally double it. The worker was out of the product needed for my drink so I asked if i was able to cancel it because I only like lemonade for the refresher. They told me to cancel on the app in which did not work. Both locations said to call in morning to speak to a manager In which Iv called multiple times and one employee even told me she doesn’t know when her manager will be in when I asked when a manager will be in to speak with. I love Dunkin but after that situation and out over $30 I’m not sure i’ll be going anymore. Please let me know if there’s anything you can do. I even asked for a gift card because I go to Dunkin often and they told me no as well. Thank you!

New management took over and no one in there can understand any English they over charged me and messed up our order and when I’m telling them what was wrong they couldn’t even understand any word I said it has gone down hill I will never be going back to this location.

Decided to come here this morning to get my kids donuts and they charged the card and kept cash. I confronted her before I left about it and claimed she couldn’t give it back and I’d have to come back at 8 when manager arrived. Went back she no manger. So I gave to come out of my way tomorrow to get my cash they took if the manager is even there tomorrow. I probably won’t get my cash back they took honestly and the donuts was poorly made this morning thankfully they was just for the kids. Don’t let a 20$ stop become a 30$ stop because they take your money. If I wanted to pay 30$ for a dozen donuts I would have went else where. 🙄 with better donuts
