Steak was dry and looked like it was sitting there all day. The lettuce was so nasty looking that I had to pick it all out as it was old and slimy looking. After all that, they overcharged me! The place was dirty and needed a good deep cleaning. I haven’t been there in months and now I’ll never be back. I see why they’re losing so much business. Has gone downhill and won’t make a comeback!

I was waiting patiently inside the restaurant and I heard that they had lost my ticket so they needed to reprint a new one. I’ve been watched as one of the workers was making my burrito and he barely put any guacamole on there, even though I paid for it. It seemed as if they were out of guacamole in the container and instead of going to the back and getting more he gave me About a quarter of the scoop if that.
