  We decided to order out tonight and get buffalo wild wings as we hadn’t had them in a very long time. As a family is six it is hard getting something fast as affordable so we decided to splurge a bit tonight and get some chicken. When my husband brought back the food we dug in immediately. The fries were so damn cold and stale. It’s like they gave us the ones that had been sitting out since yesterday. It’s really sad in this economy everything so high and you can’t get good quality food, even after spending an arm in a leg. Very disappointed will probably never order it here again.. 5.19.26 7pm

  Ive called 5 times trying to see if the wait is long, me and my boyfriend live an hour away from des moines and dont want to go to a location if the wait is long and every time they pick up for a second and hang up. Extremely unprofessional

  I ordered wings here and there was hardly any sauce on 30 wings and along with drinks I ordered I never received them because they were never given to the person picking up my order. I called and talked to the manager after using my gift card and she said she couldn’t put any money back on my gift card nor will she let me come pick my drinks up another day. She said she will leave them out on the counter getting warm when I come get them. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed in the service and I have worked in the restaurant industry before and this is how they treat their customers? Pretty ridiculous when you spend that amount of money to get the kind of service they give. I will no longer be going there and taking my business elsewhere. Others beware!

  Food was, as always, delicious. Service was a little slow for lunch, but it seemed they were understaffed at the time. It happens. All in all, a good experience.
