    Bravos about 14 years at this location was absolutely the best. Now, after 3 times we will never go there or online order again. The bread is hard as a rock, salad had so much brown on lettuce and looked nothing like it used to. The spaghetti was old which means cooked before we ordered. Nowhere what it used to be sadly.

    We came here with high hopes on recommendations from family. Once seated we were greeted by the most rude server I had ever met in the food industry, Andy. He seemed irritated that we had a large party. He then proceeded spill oil and vinegar all over my wife and table and never even offered to bring a cloth or rag to help clean. When we went to ask for help, the hostess just pointed to the bathroom and continued to roll silverware. When my wife tried to order a simple cocktail, she was told they only have what’s on the menu even though Bravo has a full bar. Then I asked what beers they carried he told me to read the menu. When our drinks actually showed up, we had cracked glassware. Reluctantly, we ordered food and it was excellent. So in short, great food and terrible service. Andy should get a new job that he actually enjoys instead of ruining the atmosphere of nice meal and family experience.

    Andy, our waiter, needs to find another job. He was really rude upon our arrival.. Seating hostess also ignored that I had oil all over my hands from oil in multiple places on our table. We got paper towels from bathroom to clean our table ourselves. Every straw of seven we had at our table was split.

    It is with a heavy heart that I write this review. Bravo was once one of our favorite Italian stops. Since the closing of the Omaha location, we have noticed a slow decline in all phases of operations. Our visit today was the "straw that broke the camel's back. When we arrived it was obvious that the floor was understaffed. I am a chef and we have owned and operated several restaurants in Colorado and Minnesota. After being seated at our table we noticed a group that had been finally let to their table, get up and leave some time later. As for us, our food was under seasoned and not of the quality we've been used to. During our meal our server was busy talking to someone from the back of the house and basically abandoned us. I had to get Salt and Pepper from an unbussed table and after promising to come back with Fresh Grated Parmesan our server never returned. I would have ordered another glass of Wine if our server had revisited our table. I guess you don't need extra money. Even though I could say more...I'm done. Do better!!! After you're response I'm glad that you demonstrated you're complete disregard for accountability. You are doomed.

    We went last night around 7:30pm. There was a long line to check in with the host. The host would come up and then leave not speak to any of us. 2 groups ended up walking out. When the host did come over she told us all our wait times. My friend and I chose to sit at the bar to get drinks. Then went outside with our drinks. Ordered our food our food came and my friend had ants all over her legs and shoes. We moved inside to side. It was so crazy to watch what was going on. I watched many groups come and go and not get any help at all! This isn’t the staffs fault-this is a workforce shortage but it’s showing in this business. That makes you think as a person coming in to eat what is really going on-why can’t you get staff-why are staff not staying? Also the place was a mess-I didn’t see a table get cleaned off til the end of the night, it was wild. The food was great and the staff was ok (ok because they are running around trying their hardest!) -Corporation should step up their game for these staff members in this location
