  Food was good, it the service was BAD! They were slow and messed up the order as well.

  When me and my friends came in one of the workers three children were being extremely disruptive the other little boy was wondering off in the store and even went into the kitchen to wander the workers didn’t even do anything either like it was a normal day very unprofessional of those taco bell employees just imagine if the kid got injured in that kitchen then whose fault is it

  We went in between 11 and midnight to order to go. we placed our order on the kiosk. part of my order was 2 soft tacos with NO lettuce. We were the ONLY customers in the building, no one was in drive through either, yet my tacos that i ordered with no lettuce. had lettuce on both of them. not in the mood to pick lettuce off my taco or deal with the stragglers that are too difficult/messy to get. I don’t understand how you have one set of customers you’re dealing with yet can’t read their order ticket to see they do not want lettuce? that’s pathetic, i’m sorry but it is. On top of this. The environment was DISGUSTING! Nothing was wiped down anywhere. there was multiple soft drinks spilled by the fountain machine all over the counter and floor. there was sauce and i’m assuming salt or something of the sorts, all over the sauce table. If you peeked back into the kitchen you can see crumbs all over every counter top. Absolutely nothing was clean. Talk about cross contamination. I’ve never had a problem with this taco bell before but tonight was fully UNBELIEVABLE! Not a good experience at all.

  Everytime I've ordered here (drive-thru only), the staff has been super friendly. Shout out to whoever is instilling those values and, importantly, to the staff themselves. I've had probably about 5 separate encounters with different employees that left a great lasting impression and they are the reason I will continue to frequent this business.

  out of Baja blast. HOW DO YOU RUN OUT OF BAJA BLAST?! YOU ARE THE ONLY FAST FOOD PLACE THAT SELLS BAJA BLAST HOW DO YOU RUB OUT?! BE BETTER PREPARED I WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO MY BAJA BLAST!! ALSO if the Baja blast being out WASN’T ENOUGH. THE AI IS SO UNNECESSARY HOW LAZY DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO NOT EVEN TALK TO THE PEOPLE IN THE DRIVE THROUGH?! AND IT GOT OUR ORDER WRONG!!! I wish I could give this place zero stars.
