  Super slow even when you order one thing (took 16 minutes for one burrito). It's pricey for what you're getting too

  I never usually leave reviews for places because I totally understand what customer service at a food place is like. But wow, not only do they have AI taking their orders for them. But I got there before lunch started, waited in the parking lot til the time was right, waited 6 minutes to even order because the AI thing didnt work and nobody answered the intercom. Then when I do order my food, I get to the window and the lady at the window wasn't paying any attention to anything. She was distracted by another worker there. Then I get my food and my quesadilla wasn't cut or grilled. Just the ingredients slapped into a tortilla folded and shoved into a wrapper. Mind you. I was THE ONLY customer there during this entire time. Even since I sat in the parking lot. Not a single customer was around the entire time. & they still lazily made my food. I got 3 things. A quesadilla, soft taco and nachos fries. Like wow.

  Got the cantina chicken bowl!! The fact that it cost $10 and this is literally all you get. Haven’t taken a bite at all out of it. If this is all you get in it then the price should be cheaper, this is ridiculous. And the rice in it is hard!!

  Multiple trips at 1-2 am on Saturdays, finding the store had been closed for the night. Even though all postings show they should be open until 4 am. Disappointing to find everytime at the end of a night.
