  I recently visited Jimmy John's and was extremely disappointed by the customer service experience. The employee who appeared to be the manager never acknowledged me directly, never made eye contact, and kept her head down the entire time while moving around and over other employees behind the counter. The interaction felt cold, dismissive, and unprofessional from start to finish. What stood out most was when my cup was abruptly slammed down on the counter and I was told, “You can get your own drink.” While I understand self-service drink stations are common, the tone and manner in which it was said were completely unnecessary and disrespectful. I do not expect extraordinary service, but I do expect basic courtesy, professionalism, and respect when visiting a business — especially from someone who appeared to be in a leadership role. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression and made me feel more like an inconvenience than a valued customer.

  I've never really had a bad experience. They delivery is reasonably fast, the food is good, and the service is always amazing.

  I order an embarrassingly amount of times from here and it’s always quick and don’t ever have any issues.

  We love how good the meat is on the subs. Always fast service and superb food.
