I wouldn't ever come for food other than the buffet, but the buffet is a great occasional treat. And the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Chicken bacon ranch fresh, mac n cheese fresh, garlic cheese pizza fresh with marinara on the side is better than the garlic bread they out out. Add macn cheese on top of the fries and some buffalo sauce. Get creative and it's Big back heaven. Customer service is pretty good. Ask nicely and they will take care of you.
