  Had to order dominos instead after trying to use 4 different cards on the browser and app which kept saying invalid which makes me think it's on purpose so people pay in cash or have to come in. Zero stars for inconvenience.

  Did not realize this was a cash only business until the driver was on their way. Extremely unhappy with this and will never order from this or any other Pizza Hut ever again.

  Ordering is made easy on the app. but service falls short at the business. Placed a simple order for personal pan pizza, soda, wings. When I showed up the only thing ready was the soda. Waited 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter. I was already a couple minutes past my scheduled pick up time of 1:58pm? Which is an extremely slow time of day during the week! I then ask for my order and he states it'll be 5-10mins. So I ask, has it been started? He says, "Oh sorry sir we forgot to put it in but we're doing it now!" No thanks! He then says let me get my manager. I said OK. 5 min later no manager! 😲. One job to do and it was a definite 0.0 🌟 Get it together Waukee Pizza Hut!! Clearly one of the worst ones around. 👋

  Scheduled an order to be picked up at a later time, get there to pick it up the girl at the front was extremely rude not only to me but the other customers and employees. My order was not ready nor had it even been started. Instead of offering to start and expedite my order she advised me that she would just cancel the order. I was in such disbelief I just walked out. I've never had a bad experience with Pizza Hut until this interaction. Ordered Dominos before I left the parking lot and it was at my door 5 mins after I returned home.
