  This place was terrific! My wife is allergic to garlic and onions and in order to make sure they could try and make her sub safe they wiped down the entire preparation area, changed out the knives, opened new seasoning and put papers down just to make sure she was as safe as possible. This was above and beyond for us, thank you!

  Truly abysmal visit from start to finish. All the employees were sitting at tables in the lobby when we arrived and only one bothered to get up when we walked in, the other two were busy playing on their phones. The one girl who helped us was the one who looked like she was actually on a break having a meal. She was polite enough as we ordered. She asked the other two several times if they could help with things to which there was very slow response in them actually doing anything. No one said anything when our food was ready, just set it on the counter and walked off, and when we thanked them on the way out, complete radio silence. Listen, I don't expect 5 star service at a sandwich shop but when someone says "Thank you!" At least say SOMETHING. You're welcome, have a good night, no problem would even be better than just ignoring. Anyway, got home and the sandwich I ordered with no lettuce was packed full with it too for me to pick off. I think there needs to be some serious re-evaluating at this location, this is not a one time occurance.

  We ordered a dozen party boxes using the online ordering system for our son's graduation party, and were a little nervous since it was such a large order to pick up immediately before his party. They called us to recommend we not have mayo put on the sandwiches to assure they'd stay fresh longer, and we appreciated that they took the time to communicate that! On the day we picked them up they were super busy since it was a weekend, but one staff member stopped what they were doing to grab all our boxes and hand delivered each box to the trunk of our car. Everyone was super friendly and it was a wicked fast pick-up- they were even ready early! Thanks to the staff at this location for excellent service and quality!
