  I stop at this Jimmy John’s location pretty often, but after today I honestly don’t know if I’ll be back. I pulled up to the drive-thru speaker and the employee couldn’t hear me properly. Instead of repeating myself over and over, I pulled up to the window. When she came over, the first thing she said was, “Did we tell you to come to the window?” I explained that I couldn’t hear through the speaker. She then told me I should’ve “talked louder” and refused to take my order because nobody told me to pull forward. I stood there confused while another employee behind her finally said, “Just take his order, it’s not a big deal.” At that point she reluctantly took my order and started writing it down… with a permanent marker on her own wrist. That was honestly bizarre. I even told her it was simple — just a #3 Slim sandwich. After all that, I got my sandwich and it barely had any tuna on it. To top it off, when another employee handed me the order, I asked for the girl’s name and he refused to provide it. Very unprofessional experience from start to finish. I understand people have bad days, but the attitude, refusal to help, and overall customer service were unacceptable.

  This is our go to spot of Friday night! The kids all want the veg and 1 kiddos gets no tomato. We grab Jimmy John's and watch a movie. Thanks for being apart of movie night!
