- MDM (Dude)Jul 18, 20261.0I was supposed to get a refund for a completely nasty pizza. They kept denying it after they agreed. I said if I didn't get it soon I was going to come up there and get it personally. GM called the cops on me and the cop banned me from the store. Papa John's corporate called me and said don't worry about it and they were extremely sorry for what happened. They told me to go up there and get my money. Since the cop told me I can't I have no idea if I can go there or not. Place is a joke.

Had to tell the same delivery driver more than once to follow instructions and leave it at the door instead of knocking. The second time he did it, he proceeded to cuss out my fiancee, and somehow still has his job. Save yourself a headache and go to Dominos, Pizza Hut, or any other pizza place. Never getting papa johns again.

Clearly papajohns would rather have horrible people working for them than having satisfied customers.

- KCKyle ClaytonMay 3, 20264.0The food is usually pretty good from here. My only complaint is 1 tiny cup of marinara sauce for an order of 10 breadsticks. You should provide more than that, without a charge. People don't like being nickel and dimed at every corner. Friendly staff.
