  I was really excited the Thai chicken wrap is back for the summer. Stopped at this location before getting groceries right around 1:30 - 1:50pm and ordered the Thai wrap as well as the roast beef and cheddar. When I had finally gotten home from groceries and other errands.. I opened up the Thai and with the very first bite there was a long thick piece of hair. Completely grossed me out. The roast beef and cheddar has way too much horseradish sauce. Completely ruined my appetite for Jimmy John's in the future.

  Sandwiches are fine but this location is Consistently slow and fails to update mobile orders to “ready”. Should not be 45 minutes on a one sandwich mobile order or waiting in line as long as you do.

  This is not a #12😡This is the only JJ in America where you will wait 10min for a sandwich. 👎 management please do something to improve this store. Thank you!
