  I waited in line to order a pizza and the lady completely ignored me looking to her right and left pretending I didn't exist before staring at me and said "Well can I get you something?" In a rude tone. I apologized then started to order a 12" pizza then she cut me off saying "we are out of 12" pizzas." After that I decided to walk away because I wasn't about to get into it with a rude person. You need to do better. Edit: I sent an email to corporate hoping to hear back from someone by Monday.

  Horrible experience today, waited by the counter for 5 mins before someone came and helped me, they saw me standing there. All this kid was worried about was playing on his cell phone when there’s 5-8 people in line wanting to order food, it took them 25 mins to make my food. This kid should be fired. Phones should not be allowed at a work place. Stay way from this place!!

  Pizza hut with no option for pan pizza shouldn't exist. It doesn't even taste like pizza hut at all! Very dissapointed!!

  Pizza crusted tasted like cardboard. Lots of toppings and hardly enough cheese to cover the pizza. Ate two slices and threw the rest in the garbage. Save your time and eat in the restaurant or go across the street to Grandmas Kitchen

  Bought a personal cheese pizza today and after waiting twenty minutes, the pizza was undercooked. Went back up and received another undercooked pizza. This was (in their words), "the best they could do." Don't waste your time/money.
