  Genuinely what a great way to start the summer! The service staff were very friendly and professional with a lot of information on certain games that I wasn’t sure how to play. The food was BEYOND my expectations and the plate went back empty. I’m looking forward to coming back and trying out some other food options but appreciate the time and effort the staff and management put into my experience there. Thank you! 10/10

  Never been before but Zach was out waiter. He was awesome. Super attentive and when I was indecisive on my drink orders he came up with the best cocktail for me. Not once but twice. Admittedly it took some getting used to (the music and the lights) because I have some sensory issues but it became cool after a bit and the service was awesome. Would definitely come back.

  Last week on Thursday June 25, 2026, I took 3 of my children to Dave and Busters in Des Moines. This was the Jordan Creek location. Simply put, we had an AMAZING time there. For starters we had a server named Becca that was the embodiment of PERFECT Customer Service. It just does not get any better. I wish my mom were still alive as she would have been on vacation with us and of Becca my mom would have said she was demonstrating what customer service used to be like and should always be like. Becca made sure we knew of all of the deals, gave details on menu items of interest such as how the items were sourced and prepared. She shared the Dave and Busters history and philosophy not only as it pertained to the food and games but also pertaining to how great the company treats the employees. As we gamed, Becca would come notify us of when our food orders were ready and provide us with beverage refills. She made us feel like we were family not only with her but with the organization itself. Then the manager Dawson came to our table after hearing we were newbies to Dave and Busters. He also gave us some history on the company and their philosophy. He engaged in conversation with us about our food choices also letting us know that they prepare the food in house and not from pre-processed states. While engaged in conversation with Dawson, the chef named Dave came over with a Ginormous platter of SUPER MEGA NACHOS. He stated that he had prepared this dish, "by mistake", and didn't want it to go to waste so it was on the house. He gave us a big grin and set it down and I am so serious when I say that platter made a heavy thud due to being loaded with sooooo many nachos, chunks of chicken breast meat, queso, guacamole, lettuce, salsa, sour cream, chives, and a mega ton of other melted cheeses and other toppings. It was one of those platters that could easily feed a group of 6-8 adults easily. The food quality on a scale of 1-10 with one being gross and 10 being amazing, was easily 10's across the board. I had the smoked barbecue ribs and chicken wings dinner and Becca explained that the smoked items are smoked in-house or rather in their own large smoker. No exaggerating, the ribs were the absolute best ribs I have ever had, The meat was tender, seasoned down to the bone and cooked to perfection. The chicken wings were breaded and fried then half were tossed in Teriyaki and I had the other half tossed in Lemon Pepper. The only wings I have ever had that are on par with the wings would be Harold's Chicken and Rodney's Kitchen. My 11 year old son had a burger that was layered with brisket, bacon, cheese, onion rings, mushrooms and bbq sauce. He loved it and said it was the best burger he had eaten as he recently has been on a hamburger kick and ordering hamburgers wherever we go lately. My 16 year old son had the chicken tenders as usual and liked them as usual since he has yet to meet a chicken tender he did not like. My 19 year old son had a chicken pasta dish that looked amazing. He said it tasted as good as it looked too. It reminded me of chicken Marsala by the way it looked. Everone got too full to eat dessert on site but ordered dessert to take back to our hotel. I had the Bananas Foster. My 16 year old had some kind of double chocolate almost like lava cake. My 19 year old had Funnel Cake Fries and those were fantastic. Sorry for such a long review but I really can't say enough good things about Dave and Busters at Jordan Creek as they deserve every bit of praise I give them. To Becca, Dawson and Dave I thank you for rolling out the Red Carpet and giving my children and I a most memorable, beautiful, educational and fun experience on our visit to Dave and Busters on our 2026 Wortham family vacation.

  We had a great experience! My only complaint is that apparently they are understaffed? Angelo was our server and while he was funny and attentive, we did not see a single other server on the floor. I hope Angelo's managers see how hard he works, all while cracking jokes and keeping a smile on his face. He definitely needs a raise, promotion, and some extra staff to assist. Food was good, as usual! The steak was perfect!!

  I have been to a Dave and Busters in another city and had a great time. This one wasnt so great. Crazy expensive, and no designated place to load your card. I talked to three different staff members and was bounced around the facility trying to buy one, the person who ended up selling it to me? The bartender of all people! Super odd. Finally got to play games, only to realize there are hardly any. There were so many choices at the other location ive visited, but this one had about 2 rows of crap. Most of them were those coin pusher games. Not really anything fun to play, with so many coin pusher games it felt more like a casino than an arcade. Plus the few games that could have been fun were out of order. Waste of time and money. The most I can say is the staff seemed nice, yet confused.
