- JLJ LJul 23, 20261.0If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Ordered through the app. Was quoted 40 mins. Took well over an hour. When the driver arrived, he noticed he didn't have our entire order. Told us to call the store. When we called, they placed us on hold to get the manager. They hung up on us. Called back and the 'manager' was rude! We told him what was missing, he said they are going to make it soon and get it delivered to us in 25 mins. When the second delivery arrived, it was still wrong and the pizzas were cold. Clearly the driver forgot them and they were never remade. When I asked if we could receive a refund for the inconvenience yhe manager said we couldn't have our food and not pay. Neither yhe manager or the driver apologized! I was refrain from ever ordering from this place unless you enjoy rude customer service and incorrect, cold food delivered. After giving them a 25% tip.
