  We went through the drive through, and it took them like 45 minutes just to do three orders. Place is really slow.

  Just walked out. Waiting for my mobile order and see the grungy looking cook touch all the buns to his soiled sweaty shirt before putting them in the toaster. 🤢 No need for the generic response. I already gave feedback on the website. Refund order 1656 please.

  Came by to eat Dinner around 7:55 PM help me waiting online for about 15 minutes when I tell the guy because he sent me to park that I’ve been waiting already. He gave me a really nasty attitude calling me a liar that is not truth that I was waiting in line horrible place horrible staff do not recommend it. Then when he gave me my food from the parking spot he was brutally rude, so disappointed.

  This location used to be the best. Great staff, retired gentleman kept seating area spotless. My wife ate fish sandwich and was sick to stomach for 24 hours. Restrooms were messy food debris under tables, table tops sticky with old food crumbs. Will no longer stop here on travels. If new owners, running facility with half staff and down grade is apparent. Such a shame to have great facility go south.

  I stop there tonight on my way to conference for work. After waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru, I converted my order to an online pickup inside (no refund- I needed to eat due to new medication). I got inside and they were overwhelmed due to vans of kids. BUT that did not excuse the 45 minute waits, losing orders, and general disregard by staff. A manager offered refunds AFTER 40+ minutes or said people could wait another 10. At that point, I was starving. I could have been 20 minutes from my destination by the time I got my food and just ate there. This was so frustrating and disappointing. **Follow-up- McDonald's management reached out to me to apologize for my experience. I appreciate the gesture and hope that my experience was just a one off. Thanks!
