  This was the worst experience I have ever had with Pizza Hut. I placed my order online, paid in advance, and received a confirmation message saying my pizza would arrive at 5:28 PM. It never arrived. I called the store twice, and both times they told me they could not find my order. I gave them my phone number, my name, and my address, but they kept saying there was no order in their system. I finally had to drive to the store myself. At the store, they claimed my phone number was entered incorrectly in the app. That was not true—my phone number in my account is correct. Instead of taking responsibility for what happened, they blamed the customer. Although they eventually gave me another pizza, the customer service was rude and unprofessional. I felt like they did not care about resolving the problem or treating customers with respect. I do not recommend this Pizza Hut in Storm Lake. If you pay for your food, you should receive it without having to chase down your order. After this experience, I will not be coming back. Esta ha sido la peor experiencia que he tenido con una Pizza Hut. Hice mi pedido por Internet, pagué por adelantado y recibí un mensaje de confirmación indicando que mi pizza llegaría a las 5:28 p. m. Nunca llegó. En lugar de asumir la responsabilidad, buscaron excusas. No recomiendo esta Pizza Hut de Storm Lake. Si van a cobrar un pedido, deberían asegurarse de entregarlo y ofrecer un mejor servicio al cliente. Después de esta experiencia, no pienso volver a comprar aquí.

  Told us food was ready and it wasn’t and then didn’t even make the wings when ordered at 9:22 and now are mad we made them make the wings 10 minutes before close. Like sorry some people are lactose -_-

  They got me good this time. This was supposed to be a 3 topping pizza. Never tipping them again.
