Extremely disappointing experience at Pizza Ranch today. At 2:08 PM, I paid for the buffet for my son and myself. My wife was meeting us there and arrived literally two minutes later, at 2:10 PM, only to be told the buffet was closed and that the food remaining on it was no longer considered good enough to serve. That raises a pretty obvious question - how was the buffet perfectly acceptable for me to purchase at 2:08 or eat from at 2:09, but somehow substandard at 2:10? If the buffet was effectively closing, that should have been clearly communicated before taking my money. At the very least, once my wife was refused access two minutes later, I should have been offered the opportunity to have my purchase refunded. I wasn’t. This isn’t really about two minutes. It’s about basic communication, consistency, and customer service. We came in expecting to have a meal together as a family and instead were left with an experience that felt both unreasonable and completely avoidable. I won’t be bringing my family back to this location, and unfortunately that will include the sports teams and groups we are involved with as well. There are too many other businesses that understand the value of treating families and customers fairly.

Its a bit cheaper than other pizza ranches for buffet which I appreciate. They dont have everything the bigger ones do like chicken fingers, wings, chicken on the salad bar, and cottage cheese. Great selection of pizzas and desserts. I'd go back, chicken was absolutely delicious

Pizza Ranch are about the same as real cheap frozen pizzas. Tasteless, little to no toppings, usually dried up and spent too long under hot lamps. Oh, no beer service.

This has got to be the worst Pizza Ranch I have been too. There is hardly every any "normal" pizza out. Things constantly running out and not being replenished during the dinner time rush. The employees that work the register are always rude and act like they do not want to be there. We will not return

The buffet is no as good as I remember as kid. It seems like they have really got way to far into the cheapest possible ingredients.
