My wife and I ordered Jimmy John's online last Sunday night, 5/24. I got my toasted roast beef and cheddar, my wife got her Club Lulu which has turkey. Delivery time was on time, no problem there, my sandwich was decent, but my wife's sandwich only had one very thin slice of turkey, and usually has a lot more on it. She order it with lite on the lettuce, and tomato, but not lite on the turkey. I rechecked our order and turkey was supposed to be the normal amount. Anyway my wife called up to let them know it was missing the turkey and barely had any on it. The guy she talked to, argued that there was. We could of gone up and shown them the sandwich, but that's the point of delivery. I think anyone would be unhappy with that sandwich and can't believe any employee with any sense of pride would send it out the door. I worked in food service for 18 years, the last 8 of them was as a chef at a country club, and there is no way that I would serve food like that or let it get out the door without being correct. Now I know Jimmy John's isn't a country club, but at least have some respect for the customers food you serve. I have been trying Jersey Mike's and it is 100% better, definitely worth the extra price you pay and I am willing to drive there and pick it up. If Jersey Mike's starts delivering, Jimmy John's is done!!
