  sat at the window for 25 minutes. worker constantly taking orders and not handing the food out. food tasted so bad.

  Food was good for what it’s worth but at first they gave the people in front of us our order, then they charged us for drinks when the cashier said they were included even though we got ice cream, didn’t give me the sause I wanted, staff did not know what they were doing, and when they didn’t have customers they were helping with they were outside smoking, both when we got there and when we left, and the cashier was scratching her head over open food. Definitely will be looking for different fast food over the summer. For a tourist town they might need to reconsider staffing.

  Ordered a medium mocha fudge blizzard. All the flavor add-ins were in the top 1 ½" of the ice cream, not mixed in. The rest was vanilla ice cream. Made it very unpalatable to eat since it was a super strong coffee flavor & all the fudge chips overwhelming & sitting in the very top of the "blizzard". Poor performance by employee doesn't reflect well on DQ.

  Fantastic service. I can’t think of many fast food establishments with genuinely good customer service anymore… they did great today.

  It took 20 minutes to get my food then they mixed up my order with someone else’s after they got done remaking the food they still messed up the order and gave me something else completely different not the first bad experience here but this will most likely be the last time going to this DQ
