    Chase from the Spirit Lake Arby's.... You need a new job. Less than impressed with your customer service skills, your vocabulary, eye rolls, and hanging up the phone on me. I will be in touch with management.

    Just picked up arbys. Got bbq mac and cheese bowl. The mac and cheese was cold. Seriously people. Warm it up !!! Not to Seriously temp at all !!!

    I ordered on the app and it wasn't ready when I arrived. I was asked to pull around. After 20 mins I went in and it was just sitting there. They said they forgot to bring it out. I asked them to remake it and the manager said no it was warm enough.
