  every time i come to spirit lake arbys i swear they cannot get an order right. this time i specifically asked for a jamocha shake. they gave me vanilla. i told them i ordered a jamocha and not a vanilla and he looked annoyed and went back to make me another shake. He handed me another vanilla and slammed the window closed as fast as he could. I was literally the only customer in line. This place is an absolute joke compared to other locations. the employees just give you what's most convenient to them and are always rude. I rarely come to this location anymore for this reason but was really craving a jamocha shake...jokes on me for thinking i was gonna get what i actually came there for even after correcting him. Yall need to hire better employees. i've never had so many issues with a fast food place in my life. Thanks for reminding me why i don't waste my money here.

  I ordered on the app and arrived at the time it was supposed to be ready. It wasn’t so I was asked to pull around and they would bring it out. I waited 15 minutes and they finally brought it out. Should’ve checked my bags because half of it was missing. We ordered all crinkle fries and got all curly fries but one. Weird. Was not impressed with the worker. He was irritated to wait on me. Too many screw ups! They weren’t even busy!

  I was very impressed with the service and cleanliness at this Arby’s location. The staff had excellent communication skills to ensure my order was correct and my food was fresh and ready very quickly. I would go back to this location the next time I am in Spirit Lake.

  Jason at the cash register was very kind, helpful, and personable. The whole team worked hard while we were there. They had our food done within 2-3 minutes and it was a clean atmosphere. All around a very good fast food experience.
