  We ordered on our way through town. I put in the order and all of my information well in advance. Said order would be ready by 7:03 and we arrived at 7:15 giving them plenty of time to inform me that they were out of the sandwich I had ordered (they weren’t busy when we arrived). When asked what I would like to substitute it with I asked for a regular beef n cheddar. They had no idea how to reimburse for the difference and there was no cheese on the sandwich… on a beef n cheddar. Probably won’t return and you definitely shouldn’t go to this one.

  It was worst Arby’s meal I had ever had. I had the crispy fish and it was so soggy I didn’t finish it. My son and daughter in law had the French dip and they could t eat it.
