  Food and staff here are always good, drinks however always have a mildew taste (especially the ice). Like the nozzles aren’t getting clean or something. SOMETHING isn’t getting clean and I think it’s probably a health risk. My family and I have experienced this here for the last several months

  I'm assuming this place has been under the same ownership since it opened. Some of y'all remember how horrible it was for years compared to Sonic anywhere else. Now they've got the food pretty close to the Sonic standard if you travel and go to a lot of different locations. But if I order two sauces, let's say barbecue sauce with my chicken bites today, on the app they give me one. I have no option to pay for the amount of sauce I want which apparently the local owner has different policies than the Sonic app. This owner just doesn't get adding pain points for their customers. It's not a good way to keep loyalty.

  We have gone to Sonics all over the country, but never had this happen. You have to pay before they will bring you your food???

  The intercom doesn’t work. I pull up to the window I order my food. Had to come back because they forgot my meal. I had to wait 15 plus min to get my food. I get home and I didn’t get my burger how I asked. And got charged for a Triple when I got a single small cheeseburger. The meat doesn’t look good. Lettuce looks old and the fries are hard and dry like they been sitting there. Never again going to Sonic. When I went the 2nd time the employee was rude.
