  The service I received over the phone today was so horrible! I tried ordering for delivery & one of the employees answered & hung up on me twice! I called back to make an order, which I did. A door dasher picked up the order & it was placed in a wrong address! I called back & I explained to them that there was a mix up. I wanted to speak to a manager & he said there wasn’t one in. & so I told him in a respectful manner that I would to just cancel my order since it was going to be delivered to the wrong address! He was being so incredibly rude! And non apologetic. I was furious after that! I will not order pizza from that location again. I feel that they need to re train their employees at Gordon dr store, since they don’t know how to speak to their customers. So unprofessional. I will never go Back.

  I came in at 830pm on May 28, 2026 with my dad and son. We ordered 3 personal pan pizzas. Didn't get out food for almost an hour. This place is really slow. Not to mention the lobby area was filthy.

  I ordered two pizzas and a 6-piece wing order from this place last night. I ate one pizza and the wings with no issue. When I started eating the second pizza, I took a bite and found what appears to be a broken human tooth inside the pizza. I immediately called the pizza hutc to report it. The person on the phone told me “we don’t have anyone with a broken tooth,” instead of taking the situation seriously or trying to help. Finding something like this in food is extremely disturbing and a major health concern. I still have the tooth and the pizza. I expected Pizza Hut to investigate or at least apologize, but the response I received was dismissive. Customers should be aware and Pizza Hut should take food safety much more seriously.

  1.19.26 Ordered Hawaiian and thin crust pepperoni for the Indiana Florida game. We're from out of town, but if you are a pizza shop and I can't order pizza online, from finding you on Google maps, then I cant eat your pizza. Pizza Hut has an app and I can order easily. I really wanted to try some pizza from another local pizza shop, but I couldn't because they don't have a way for me to order online. It should be fast and easy! Pizza was as expected, except here they charge $2 for pan pizza crust? Does the dough cost more in the Midwest? Interesting. Usually its $1 extra from where I live, but why is it extra in the first place, since pan crust was the only option for years? Probably because thats what baby boomers and Gen X remember and figure those people order more pizza? Lady who gave my order was really nice. Gave some extra condiments, since we dont have a kitchen. Anyway, great pizza!🍕 😋 easy app, easy ordering. Mahalo!
