  I pulled into the parking lot of this sub shop around lunchtime hoping for a quick lunch on my road trip, but it was an awful experience from start to finish. The employees behind the counter were yelling and arguing loudly with each other right in front of the customers, which made the whole atmosphere super uncomfortable. When I finally got my turkey sandwich after a long wait, the bread was rock hard and stale like it had been sitting out all day, and they barely put any meat or lettuce on it. To make things worse, they forgot the giant pickle I paid extra for, and when I politely asked for it, the cashier rolled her eyes and snapped at me. I ended up throwing most of the meal away because it was completely dry and tasteless, so I will definitely be avoiding this chain in the future.

  It took almost 50 minutes for my sandwich to get delivered. Not happy.

  I placed an online order for pickup on 8 Oct 21 and I had the pleasure of being served by James. He was extremely pleasant, very upbeat, and went above and beyond customer service! There was another employee, Jada, who noticed my dogs in the car, came to the window and offered them treats. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Jimmy John's on Hamilton Blvd!
