    Yesterday 3 of us went to the mall and craving for ice cream, we order 1 small vanilla cone dipped in chocolate and 2 small twists dipped in chocolate, the boy noticed there’s something wrong with the twists (melted) but he gave to us anyway, at first bite we tasted and its bad, we threw it away, we told him and he argued and we ended up get the vanilla one and paid, he not even say sorry or anything… Nothing!

    This place deserves NO stars. they need more workers it took me 25 minutes for my food and the burgers came back not cooked. Tasted absolutely horrible. When we asked how long it would be for our food they turned around and put there finger up. Do not go here.

    Waited to order for like 10 minutes and no one showed up, even called 4 times to see if anyone would come out and nothing. I thought they mightve been closed but Julius teaser even said they were open. Pretty bad service and however works there needs to be seriously trained better

    Yelled for five minutes to get someone’s attention. Only two layers of hot fudge. Literally five. Wait. This is chocolate syrup. No hot fudge! Here’s a pic of the next customers—he’s a no-show again.

    Le personnel n’est pas professionnel du tout. Pas de bonjour, on m’a fait répéter toute ma commande 2 fois puisqu’ils ne connaissaient pas le menu. Les employés sont perdus, nous pouvons les entendre se plaindre en cuisine qu’il y a trop de personne commandant à manger et ne savent pas s’organiser avec ce qui a déjà été préparer ou non. Ils n’ont pas d’uniforme de travail et ne protège pas leur cheveux de la nourriture. J’ai eu ma commande après 20 min d’attente et il manquait un élément. D’autres commandes de d’autre personne ont aussi été préparer avec erreur. Autrement, la nourriture était bonne.
