  I felt like I was being rushed. I paid almost $20 for a steak, rice, and queso burrito 💀 She put almost no steak in my burrito then proceeded to act surprised when I asked for more. They charged $6 for extra steak, dawg I didn't even get a full serving the first time 😭 The food was amazing tho when I ate, just not worth the price for what you get

  My husband and I ate here last night. When we walked in there was noone in line and no other customers behind us. The noise level was really loud. We approached the counter to order and immediately felt like we were being rushed through. The worker never smiled, and when asked what I wanted, rapid fired questions about what I wanted in my bowl that I ordered. Like he was in a hurry because they were slammed. I asked for steak and chicken. Both bins were very low (and I should have asked for fresh because the meat was dry). But what was upsetting was that he barely put any meat over the meager scoop of rice he had already rushed by. I asked him for a bit more, and he said "so double meat" and I replied, no I just want "some" meat. He added a few pieces more. I asked for a lot of the vegetables and he initially put in a small bit. I politely asked for more and now he seemed irritated and moved my order to another worker. This person also rapid fired questions at me about toppings. They did the same to my husband, a Veteran with damaged hearing from combat. He struggled to hear them over the noise and not once did they apologize and slow down. When we finally got our order and drinks, it was just under $36.00. The whole line that we were rushed through took under 3 min. Again, what was the rush? I have worked in food management. I know that costs have gone up, but for $36.00 I believe that the portions they are serving are ridiculous. And my question to managment and the owner is, would you rather give amazing customer service, top quality food and an experience that makes people want to return, or be a cold line of unsmiling workers that just rush people through? And for anyone who says, we have other choices, you are correct. But the management has choices too. Slow down, serve food with a smile and make sure it is as fresh as you advertise. People deserve more for the money they are paying.
