  Tried out the philly sandwich and it was terrible. I should have known it was going to be bad when the drive thru lady swung the sack to me when it was done. The sandwich was terrible

  I went in July 5th at 10:00 right as they opened and was most likely the first guest. The kindest lady working I hope I get her name right it was Jay or Jade? I really hope the mangers can look through the time card and give this lady all the props and rewards she deserves, she had the absolute best energy she was smiling her voice was enthusiastic it made my morning! And I tried to tip her for going out of her way to be so kind and she refused and said it’s just her job!! This is truly beyond customer service she is an angel and I will be going back specifically for this one lady who warmed my heart. 919 Gordon location don’t let this go unnoticed!

  I’m not big on fast food and it’s been years since I tried Arby’s. This one was a pleasant surprise with both good service and fresh food.
