- ABAnnissa B1 day ago2.0I had ordered a bacon double quarter. It was correct on the screen. I get cashed out and look at my receipt as im pulling forward and that’s not my order. So I tell the other window that I was cashed out wrong. The manager takes my card to do a refund. I get my card back but with cash. The manager doesn’t know how to do a refund on card. So she charged my card twice and refunded me with cash which I didn’t want. I don’t know why she couldn’t put the cash towards my order instead but whatever. I pull away to look at my food and there’s no bacon on it. So I have to go back and get it. It was ridiculous with how much went wrong with my order and I’ve never had this many problems as someone who use to work at a McDonald’s. Your staff need retrained.
