  what happened to the this place this was my favorite fast food in Red Oak but the last few weeks have just been terrible i go up there they are out of a lot of things got a burrito and there was something in there that was hard as a rock went up there again got Nashville hot chicken meal with an extra biscuit both of them were hard as hockey pucks the chicken was hard the Nashville hot which is usually there best flavor tasted weirdly like chemicals and made my gut hurt same with the mashed potato's and gravy where the gravy was almost solid man i don't know if i can ever go back there again and this really bums me out

  Awful service. Took almost 20 minutes to get our food, and then they didn't get the order correct. The lady in the kitchen was very rude. But the cashier was very nice. It was on a Thursday night around 6:30 and wasn't even super busy.

  This taco bell is always out of sour cream for their taco supreme... I've given up trying to order them and just get 2 regular tacos...I wouldn't be surprised if we loose this one like BK

  If I could give this Taco Bell 0 stars that would be the real rating. Couldn't order half of what I wanted because they were out of everything on the menu and also no straws?? Worker tells me not to hit the breaks while taking a drink? How are you going to let people order drinks and not tell them you're out of straws until you've paid? How do you expect someone to drink a freeze? Drinks are not filled. Could not seem to understand what order was mine even after it was read back to me when I paid. Waited 35 minutes in the drive through for my food to be cold. On top of that, they did not use the correct ingredients causing my six year old to eat a burrito with jalapeno cheese and begin crying because it was spicy. Absolutely unacceptable service. I would not recommend this location.
