  My husband and I order Pizza Hut quite often, the last 3 times we’ve had bad experiences. These past two times I’ve ordered carry out and paid in store & they have overcharged my card. Today when I picked up my order the lady behind the register said that it would be a few more minutes because our cookie was still in the oven- that’s completely fine who doesn’t like a fresh cookie? Here’s the upsetting part, I look over behind the counter to the area by the oven where they are cutting and boxing orders and my cookie has just been sitting there while the rest of my order was complete and I had already paid and was basically just watching my food get cold. About 10 minutes went by and after about 3 other orders had gone out the workers finally took a break from talking and realized I was still there waiting and then boxed my order and handed it to me. When I got out to my car I checked my banking app and of course they had overcharged me AGAIN. Needless to say we will not be going back. Decent food, horrible service.

  What Pizza Hut used to be and SO much better than normal Huts! Pizza was incredibly fresh! The wings had so much sauce and crunch! It was an incredible experience!

  It's dirty..everything in Iowa is filthy..food is subpar. But when it's the only pizza hut in there not many choices last time I ate here I got sick to my stomach.

  Usually pizza hut is very delicious and tasty. But these last two times I have ordered my pizza is dry like no sauce on my pizza. My wings come out with very little sauce and it's not a satisfying dinner. I did reach out to let them know the first time and no one ever took the time to respond. So it's been awhile since I ordered there again until yesterday but I got the same result. Not satisfied at all with my recent purchases. 😔
