This time however, it was as if they let a kitchen full of toddlers run the place. We came in to get a table at 6:30 on a Sunday. Well within buffet hours. So tell me why nearly half the buffet was gone and nothing was restocked; the pizzas were cold, there were no cups, and the staff seemed annoyed at the very thought of doing their job. We ordered a speciality pizza and when it came there was only half of the pizza we had requested. Keep in mind, three adults were at this table. Whatever, we let the server dish out the pizza, and one of the slices falls face first onto the table. Instead of replacing it,.the server picks it up WITH THEIR BARE HANDS AND SETS IT BACK ON OUR PLATE! I don't know what was in the air, but the whole pella location needs to retake their training module or something.

Walked in the door and was immediately accosted by a horrible smell. Not food, just bad. I thought about walking away but my time I could turn around the guy at the front desk noticed me so I changed my mind and decided to try it. The place was not very clean and quite run down. My first plate was a piece of fried chicken with some mashed potatoes and corn. But within a few minutes of eating I started to feel nauseous. That subsided and so I thought it was just a little weird and let it go and went and had a piece of pizza. The pieces of pizza are very small so it was really just a taste but honestly it was not good. So no more pizza for me but I did have another piece of chicken with mashed potatoes again. I followed up with a tiny bit of salad from their salad bar. Not very impressive but not horrible. Dressings were definitely bottled. I was chalking it up to just not my favorite restaurant until...I got violently sick!! I had to rush to the bathroom where I threw up!! I was sick all night. I read another review about somebody seeing someone getting sick. Once is a flute, twice is a problem. I have an iron stomach and nothing ever gets to me, but this did. Sorry, but cant recommend.

SENIOR CITIZEN RETURNED TWO WEEKS LATER AND ONLY GRABBED ONE PIECE OF PIZZA, IT WAS COLD, TASTED FOUL. SENIOR CITIZEN GOT UP AND LEFT. THEN VOMITED IN PARKING LOT. THIS IS FOOD POISONING! WE ARE REPORTING THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO HEALTH AUTHORITIES. THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS NOT SAFE FOR YOUR FAMILIES! TODAY IS AUGUST 15, 2026
