  If I could give them a lower rating I would. Brought my food out cold after 20 minutes, cheese was not even melted. Went in to check and on my order after waiting in the parking lot and tried to flag someone down. Was ignored by all but one person. I’m still sitting in the parking lot waiting for them to heat up my food, I am starting to doubt I’ll ever get my order.

  Service was absolutely horribly. The staff, including the manager, were rude and disrespectful to multiple customers. We ordered our food right after our friends. Our friends got their food, was missing items. My daughter and I waited 20 minutes standing inside and still no food. The drive thru was moving right along though. I was kind at first and received a rude comment from the manager, whom I told there was no reason to be rude. THEN I can hear him and staff bitching about customers complaining. Seriously?! I’ve never experienced anything like this or been so utterly disappointed and disgusted in a McDonalds! Stay far away from this poor excuse of a mcds.

  The place is DIRTY. KEEP DRIVING. Nasty bathrooms. Service is terrible. They forgot our drinks and kids apples in kids meals. Refuse to help customers, kiosk only. An elderly couple couldn’t check out and no employees offered to help, I had to help since their service was so subpar. The food was normal McDonalds. Keep driving if you can.

  Worst McDonalds ever! Bathrooms are a mess. Food never came out of the kitchen. There were at least a dozen people waiting, some over 20 minutes. Staff said they were low staffed, but there were at least 7 people working. Just no food came out. Stay away!

  Might not be the worst McDonald’s, but you’d better hope the worst McDonald’s doesn’t burn down. 1) incorrect food order 2) slow service for the volume of customers at the time 3) out of items 4) dirty 5) parking lot not kept up. This is a top down management issue. One or two of these issues on their own could be blamed on a shift, but all five combined suggest that this location’s store manager simply doesn’t care at all. Disgraceful. Don’t bother sending me a link to your customer care team. I know the current store manager will not perform corrective action. Only contact me if you’re interested in me turning this store around.
