I've been ordering from this Pizza Hut ever since I moved to town, and it pains me to write this. What happened this past week, was the last straw. We ordered two pizzas for my daughter's birthday — called it in an hour ahead like always. Showed up at the exact pickup time that I was told, and they hadn't even started making it. When I asked what happened, the person at the counter just shrugged, mumbled something about the system, and walked off to deal with something else. No apology, no "let me get that started right now for you." I ended up waiting almost 40 more minutes with a hungry seven-year-old. Honestly this has been a slow slide for a while now. Staff turnover seems constant, and I don't blame anyone for leaving. Nobody seems trained on anything, and nobody sticks around long enough to learn. Orders get messed up more than they used to. Management is clearly overwhelmed. They are checked out, and it shows in the whole crew. Nobody greets you when you walk in, nobody seems to care if you come back. This used to be a place with some life to it, somewhere people wanted to work and wanted to eat. Now it just feels tired. I really hope corporate is paying attention, because this location needs new leadership and fresh energy before it's beyond saving. Until something changes, we're finding a new place to regularly get our “we’re too busy to cook tonight” meals.

I usually don’t do anything like this, but yesterday I experienced the worse service of my life at this location. I came in with my family, we sat for what seemed like forever before we were even talked to. The young lady who was our server was completely rude and used foul language in front of our child which me and my wife don’t do. It wasn’t until she left and another young man took over serving us that everything seemed to straighten out. I use to love this Pizza Hut but management just don’t seem to care about it anymore..I will not be returning

This was the worst experience we have ever had at a Pizza Hut. We tried ordering online for carryout and our card was charged, but the restaurant didn't have our order when we went in, they said they never got it. No one was helpful or concerned about it, they told us there wasn't anything they could do and left us standing at the counter with no solution. We left to try to figure out what happened on our own and decided to go back and place the order in person. The girl at the counter couldn't figure out why we were back after telling her we wanted to place an nee order for carryout. Placed the order then had another worker tell her they were out of medium pan pizzas so we had to pick another option but she couldn't tell us the options. Finally someone told us what was available and then didn't wait to hear both our orders for the crust change so we had to call her back to the counter to make sure she got them right. We were so disappointed because we had great service the last time we were here and were looking forward to coming back. We will certainly be looking at other options when we come through Onawa again.

This place has gone down hill, the ladies that were working were more interested in gossiping than doing their jobs... lady said it'll be 4 minutes and the pizza sat there for half an hour, when confronted she said "I don't know how long it was sitting there." They deserve the zero star for service, they definitely don't deserve a tip and maybe they should think about restaffing. Get better pizza hut.
