- SSShmerkaberlMay 4, 20261.0Ordered ahead with the app and ended up waiting in the pickup lane watching 18 other cars order and get their food behind us. The boy taking the order was on his first day and the manager did nothing to help him even after we got to the window and later when we went in to complain. Waited over 40 minutes before they even began our order. We did get a refund but we had to wait an extra ten minutes and he didn't even say anything when he brought it out. Management is trash and the workers are untrained due to poor and unnattentive management.
