  took forever to get our food, so many people in line inside, watched people stand at the counter waiting to pay for about 10 minutes. Our order was simple and it seems as if they cared about the drive through more then inside

  Counter person needs to sharpen their customer service skills and attention to details. Food was okay but sandwich was made sloppy.

  Id have to say this is one of the worst McDonald's!! I sat in the drive thru for 20 min just for a fish sandwich. I left the line as I couldn't wait any more without food.

  Drive through orders are apparently more important. Took 20 minutes to get our food while dining inside. Fries were hard and sandwiches were thrown together horribly.

  I've been to this McDonald's a few times, the drive-up is a nightmare You wait to get your order placed, you wait forever for them to take your money. Then you wait even longer to get your food. I think both times it has taken me at least 30 minutes. So much for fast food
