  It’s early afternoon and if one of your guilty pleasures is pulling up to a buffet table for some good comforting and crunchy fried chicken or maybe slices of aromatic pizza then the New Pizza Ranch off Market Place Drive in Norwalk would be a satisfying stop. The chicken is moist, well seasoned, plentiful, hot, with an adjacent assortment of all types of pizza. Did you know they will even fill special requests. Seniors have a discount of $2 and there is a big parking lot with wrap around front door parking. The wait staffer upon entering needed a personality redo in smiling and making all who entered feel welcomed and making them want to return. Yet, the (Managers) Daniel & Brandon saved the day adding an attitude of customer gratitude that emitted -/I am here to serve. Each were proficient, knowledgeable and made sure tables were clean, laddles were clean and each station was replenished with tasty servings of all the comforting goodness. Each answered questions about the Fun Zone for Kids which is a new experimental attraction for families with angle monitoring cameras in the dining area overlooking each fun zone section while parents sit and enjoy more food choices. This a super place for all types of gatherings at a reasonable price, good table spacing and a large close to the door parking. Hey, get there at 4 PM and try their assortment of delicious chicken wings or get them delivered.

  We just visited the new Norwalk location for the first time, and Troy, the manager tonight, was exceptional. He was greeting guests, walking around to check in, and taking the time to explain the buffet to everyone, including our kids. He was also incredibly patient and kind with some of the elderly guests, which really stood out. He had his team running smoothly and created such a welcoming, organized environment. He was personable, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about each guest’s experience. It made a huge impression on us. We will absolutely be back, and it’s because of Troy.

  I recently visited this Pizza Ranch on a Friday evening and was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The location is incredibly easy to navigate to, with plenty of parking and clear signage that makes it a breeze to find. The moment I walked in, I noticed how very clean and well-maintained the entire dining area and buffet were. The friendly staff greeted us immediately with big smiles, making us feel welcome and well-taken care of throughout our meal. Staff was top notch. As for the food—it was top-notch! Everything on the buffet was fresh and hot, from the signature crispy chicken to the wide variety of pizzas. It’s clear this team takes pride in keeping the stations stocked and high-quality. If you're looking for a great atmosphere for a quick eat or a team dinner and a delicious meal, this new spot is a must-visit!

  I had a frustrating experience with the drive-thru at Pizza Ranch. I pulled up for a pickup order and waited several minutes, but there doesn’t seem to be any alert system to notify staff that someone is there. After sitting with no response, I had to go inside to get my order. The food was fine, but the drive-thru setup clearly needs improvement. If you’re offering drive-thru pickup, there should be a reliable way for staff to know customers are waiting.
