- RORiley OlsonJun 28, 20263.0Food is always great never have a problem. However, the last two orders just haven’t sat right with me. Last one I ordered for pickup. I walked in and nobody was at the front. Fine no worries. I saw movement and one of the works got up after a couple minutes and just looked at me. I had to be the first to say why I was there. I look up at the screen and see I am the only order. I tell her I’m there to pick up my order. She looks at me in a way that felt as if that was wrong. I told her my name as I look up at the screen, and again I am the only order. She repeated my name in questioning. She then grabs the boxes and puts them on the counter and stands there. I say thanks and have a good night. She says nothing. This most recent time we get the same thing every time. I love the cinnabites. We don’t get them. We got parm bites. We call to get it fixed only to be put on hold for 15 minutes. We never got it fixed or the bites we actually ordered.

But went in and woman had put my order thru to get made now.(she was making pizza) said 20 min. Fair. 25 min passed and still no order. Tried blaming it on the TV screen not showing her correctly ( clearly was on screen and she took my order) said another ten min...well ten min still by again and still no food after 30 min waiting..maybe two other orders on screen. Wild to miss making the order when she took it...OK came back review pizza ..usually no complaints but pizza was a little too done on top, Mac and cheese was half filled of noodles and DRY DRY DRY. Zero flavor.

I alway do the Window pick-up, and every interaction with the workers has been pleasant. They never seem annoyed or in a bad mood. Food is always hot and made correctly. Can't really beat essentially two/three meals for 2 adults and 2 small kids for about $15 these days.
