I have given this location the benefit of the doubt time after time hoping that my order, or the service would be better, but each time there has been some type of issue. We had an instance in which we waited over 45 minutes - we were informed we would get a refund which never happened. We have had multiple instances in which the food was cold and/or soggy, and the fries never have salt on them. There always appears to be something that is out of stock. If the cashier rings up the order wrong, they claim that they cannot change it even though the order hasn’t been finalized or paid for yet. The employees always seem like they would rather be anywhere else and make you feel like you are inconveniencing them by simply being there. We will no longer be giving this location additional chances to get it right.

My double whopper was amazing! Literally the first and only time I have ever got a sandwich from fast food and it looked as good if not better than the pictures on the menu. Both the drive thru employee and whoever made that sandwich deserve a raise. Employees like them make a business a pleasure to visit. I'll definitely be stopping back on my way thru on my many trips through IOWA.
