  I made an online order, the build your own luxe box. I got a standard cheesy Gordita crunch, a Doritos locos taco, and the fiesta potato’s. The potatoes and the dorito taco were made perfect. When I went to reach in for the Gordita, all that was left was a basic hard shell taco. I come here all of the time. I’m a fire level customer on the app. And when I went to call the store (20 minutes before they closed) I was sent straight to voicemail. I get it’s just a fast food place, and I don’t expect my food to be top tier, but I at least either expect to get what I paid for, or expect the store to answer their phone WHILE THEYRE OPEN to justify the situation. The ONLY saving Grace was the very kind woman who worked the drive thru on the night of 7/8/26 around 11pm. Didn’t catch her name unfortunately but she was very kind.

  I only go for their Bacon Breakfast Crunch Wraps. That being said the service in the morning is always top notch and and the food is fresh and those breakfast crunch wraps are 10/10

  The girl who is on the night shift drive through taking orders on 6/12/26 needs to learn how to listen. How does 3 crunchy tacos no drink sound like 1 crunchy taco and a chicken quesadilla? On top of that taco was crushed and not edible. Oh and get a better attitude
