I think, After eating here, and having the worst service every and not freaky fast at all, and than asked for 4 sliced pickles, and the young girl said she would have to charge me for them. I than sat down to look at the reviews the OWNER STILL HAS NOT changed any of the complaints that people have put on there business reviews, but responding to them and ALWAYS making it sound like they have been trying to fix the problems at this location about the feedback to their bad reviews. Well, I never seen any changes I noticed the same bad views were still going on there, I WISH, I would of read the reviews 1st. Never will I go back there again. Subway never cares about adding 4 pickles with no charge. Yes, over 4 pickles and a bad attitude workers. I'll NEVER eat at Jimmy John's again..Word of mouth is the best advertisement..It can make you or break you.. I think people should just Go to Subway down the road. I think who ever is in charge, and rewriting after these post, just to make there self look good. Well I think they are not do there job. It shows..

I ordered my food at 9:21 pm and they close at 10pm. I never received my order but was still charged for the order. I tried calling and they hung up on me.
This is my go-to delivery place. The workers are always amazing, nice and patient. I think in all my time ordering there, they have messed up my order twice? That's pretty darn good. Please let them know they never have to apologize for being late or taking too long. They work so damn hard and are always friendly even when they haven't had the best day.
On Valentine's Day 2026, my wife and I visited the Jimmy John's in North Liberty, Iowa. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply concerning. We weren’t greeted, and the cashier seemed inexperienced, struggling with the POS system. While waiting, we observed the manager making our sandwiches—once prepared, she left them open, and then, while still wearing her meat gloves, touched the POS system and went right back to handling the sandwiches. This was a blatant disregard for cross-contamination, and it left us extremely uncomfortable. While we did request a remake, it shouldn’t have happened in the first place. I hope Jimmy John's takes this as a serious reminder about hygiene protocols. I won’t be returning, and I hope others are aware.

Put an online order 30 minutes ahead, show up and it’s not even started when we need to be somewhere. Get my order and 2 sandwiches are wrong…. Not coming to this location again and maybe not JJ at all!
